Terms of Service

Jesse! — NorseHorse • Effective April 14, 2026

By creating an account or using the Jesse! application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the app

Jesse! is a comedic entertainment app created as an over-the-top, satirical appreciation platform for a real person named Jesse, who is fully aware of and consents to the App. All "facts" presented in the App are fictional and humorous in nature. The App is developed and operated by NorseHorse.

2. Zero tolerance policy

The App provides user-generated content features including a discussion board, fact submissions, photo uploads, and ratings. All users are expected to use these features responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Prohibited content

You may not post, upload, or submit content that:

• Contains harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation directed at any person
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Contains spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial content
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains personal or private information about others without their consent
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity
• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful content

4. Content moderation

The App includes the following moderation measures:

• Automated content filtering: Posts, replies, fact submissions, and photo captions are screened for prohibited language before being saved.
• User reporting: All users can flag content for admin review using the Report feature.
• User blocking: Users can block other users to prevent seeing their content.
• Admin review: Flagged content and pending submissions are reviewed by the developer.

5. Consequences for violations

Violations of these Terms may result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent ban from the App

NorseHorse reserves the right to take any of these actions at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

6. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or submit through the App.
• You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as an entertainment platform.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove all of your data, including posts, replies, photos, ratings, favorites, and leaderboard entries. This action cannot be undone.

8. Intellectual property

The Jesse! name, logo, design, and all original content created by NorseHorse are the property of NorseHorse. By posting content to the App, you grant NorseHorse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App. You retain ownership of your original content and may delete it at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NorseHorse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content in the App. All "Jesse facts" are satirical fiction and should not be taken literally.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorseHorse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
